1. Culture under the roof - theatre performance in Jakubow

The event will feature a performance by a touring theatre such as the ParaBuch Theatre. Authors on display include: Shakespeare, Molière, Fredro and Chekhov, and the titles of the plays include: Revenge, King Oedipus, Lady and the Hussars, Swan Song. The specific title of a particular play will be decided after consultation (e.g. by plebiscite/voting) with the inhabitants of the Municipality.

Planned date of performance: November 2022 and September 2023.

2. Theatre performance in Stanislawów

During the event, a performance by a touring theatre will be presented e.g. ParaBuch Theatre.

The specific title of the performance in question will be determined after consultation (e.g. by plebiscite /voting) with the inhabitants of the Municipality.

Planned date of performance: February 2023 and November 2023.

3. Theatre performance for children and young people in Jakubow

The event will feature a performance for children and young people by the theatre group of the Tatar Cultural Society Foundation. The group will present a repertoire inspired by folk tales of Tatar culture. More about the group at: www.fttk.org

4. Touring theatre performances for children and young people in Stanislawów township

During the event, plays for children and young people (e.g. Pinocchio, Elephant Bimbo sails on a cruise) will be presented in 8 villages of the commune of Stanislawów, performed by a travelling theatre company, e.g. Pan Teatrzyk group. Specific title of a given performance will be determined after consultations (e.g. by plebiscite/voting) with inhabitants of the Municipality.

Planned date of performances: July-August 2023.

5. Open-air cinema in Jakubowo

The specific titles of the films to be screened during the event will be decided after consultation (e.g. by plebiscite /voting) with the inhabitants of the Municipality. An Icelandic cinema film will also be presented, as an opportunity to get in touch with Iceland’s creativity and cultural heritage.

6. Open-air cinema in Stanislawow

7. Review of Local Vocal and Dance Ensembles in Stanisławów

During the event vocal and dance ensembles created by children and youth – inhabitants of Minsk poviat – will present their work. The repertoire presented by the groups refers to the local music and dance tradition.

Place: Stanisławów

All are cordially invited to participate in performing arts and film activities and events. In the case of smaller events, e.g. those taking place in a hall, due to a limited number of seats, entrance tickets will be issued.

The project is primarily aimed at the residents of the Jakubów and Stanisławów municipalities, but residents of other municipalities may also take part in activities and events.
