Open-air cinema in Jakubow

On Saturday, July 7, 2023, late in the evening, an open-air film screening was held on the square by the Jakubow Elementary School. Numerous spectators, including those from the Jakubow Municipality, had the opportunity to watch the family film titled. “Grandpa’s War” with an all-star cast (including Robert de Niro, Uma Thurman). The event allowed the local community to integrate, spend a summer evening with the family, experience a new way of spending leisure time in Jakubow and make the municipality’s cultural offer more attractive.

The event was one of the activities in the project entitled „COOLture is COOL. Improving access to culture and art in the Municipality of Jakubów and the Municipality of Stanisławów”, co-financed by the European Economic Area Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 and Ministry of Culture and National Heritage.
