1. Study visit to Egilsstaðir
As part of the activity, representatives of cultural institutions of the Polish partners (Jakubów Municipality, Stanisławów Municipality, Europlus Training and Advisory Group Sp. z o.o.) will undertake a study visit to Egilsstaðir (Iceland). During the visit, they will meet with representatives of local authorities, cultural institutions and the creative sector. The topics of the meetings will include: exchange of knowledge and experience in the management of cultural institutions, implementation of cultural policy, development and implementation of cultural development strategies. Conclusions from the meetings will be used to develop the Culture Development Strategy of Jakubów Municipality and the Culture Development Strategy of Stanislawów Municipality.
Planned date of visit: May 2023.

2. Workshop on the elaboration and implementation of the Cultural Development Strategy
As part of the event, representatives of the units responsible for the implementation of cultural policy in the Jakubów Municipality and the Stanisławów Municipality will take part in workshops on the elaboration and implementation of a cultural development strategy. The meetings will also be attended by experts in the field of cultural development strategies, as well as representatives of the creative sector.
Conclusions of the workshops will be used to elaborate the Cultural Development Strategy of Jakubów Municipality and the Cultural Development Strategy of Stanislawów Municipality.
Planned date of the workshop: September and October 2023.

3. Development of the Culture Development Strategy in Jakubów Municipality and Culture Development Strategy in Stanisławów Municipality
As a result of the action, in cooperation with representatives of cultural institutions of the Jakubów Municipality and the Stanisławów Municipality, as well as external experts, e.g. from the field of culture, creative sector, the following will be developed: Cultural Development Strategy in the Jakubów Municipality and Cultural Development Strategy in the Staniławów Municipality.
Planned date of action: January-April 2024.
Place: Jakubów and Stanisławów
The activities carried out in the area of Cultural Enterprise are aimed primarily at the cultural units and entities subordinate to the Jakubów Municipality and the Stanisławów Municipality, as well as employees implementing cultural policy in the Jakubów and Stanisławów Municipalities.
